I had a couple of catch up bevys with a mate last night and there was a fellow who had a top job at our top science body doing climate modelling. In the spirit of the cordial catch up in which I was Intending I decided not to get into an in depth conversation with this person, however idle curiosity led me to asking a few open ended questions, I felt like a pretend patient asking the ol ' so how bad is it Dr' . I was astonished at how brainwashed this person was. I asked ' so what about China building so many coal power stations' and low and behold was told how great China is and advanced with emissions reductions. I said in summary what do we need to do, he said , end coal and stop eating meat, hahha, I was literally pouring mushroom sauce over my rump steak . In summary the world is gonna blow up in 2050 and Australia is the culprit.
