Prob cheaper in the long run to build SOP plant now, but impossible to make an informed decision without knowing funding shortfall and proposed additional $ raise, if needed. I'm sure top 3 are aware, but rest of us in the dark. Always had calls returned or emails answered but seems a Comms blackout at the moment as recent contact ignored. Lets hope all is under control
