This entire fight has been over 15% of the company.
The current issue is around the ground rights from CAMI - this is a fee we need to pay in order to have access to an exact piece of ground for the purpose of mining it.
During this time when we have told the DRC we didn't like the first proposal for this ground, we are taking the risk CATH will finally lose patience and pull out.
We are now waiting on a new deal from the DRC.
Happy to be told I'm wrong about some of this, but I think that's right.
Worst that might happen is CATH will pull out and we're short the funds to build the mine and need to go find it again.
I think personally, that CATH has stuck with us thus far, and might even be part of the reason we've told the DRC we didn't like the first proposal - who knows? We don't know anything, so best not to guess at that kind of thing. Them pulling out is a possibility, but not a huge risk I don't think.
