Yip I'm here for the long haul also.
The way I read the release was that Mitsui have done their DD but haven't put pen to paper on the agreement yet. So there are also other options being evaluated. Perhaps this puts pressure Mitsui.
Otherwise it's a multi party finance deal that will take some time, months, to negotiate.
