I'd posted previously that the $250mil would come with conditions as to the specific areas they could spend the money, construction of Nifty and associated costs.
I'm assuming the CR is for upfront costs relating to finance, which would be significant, and general working capital to tie them over until finance.
It's unfortunately the same MO as the Glencore ann / CR of last year, not a good look ... Why Baz, why?
