Wouldn't Timo's equipment tech be propriety to Timo, were as, given their shared tech arrangement with SAM, possibly what Dyesol is doing here, IMHO, is getting rights control over the automated equipment and tech to give quick production solutions to any interested party. Another MOU of course is Pilkington who they are working with.

(Not sure on the sentiment tick, there seems a lot of potential, but nervous uncertainty too to eventual winners.)
