The thing I don't understand here is why do a CR before the release of the assays? If they are excellent the SP would very likely go above $3. In that case why not do a CR at that point using Flow Through at over $6 per share? A cynical person would think that some companies would do the CR before assay release because they knew they were disappointing and that the SP would consequently fall. But surely that's not the case here!
