Our Poor Kids!

I live in a fairly nice part of Melbourne.
The house next to me was bought by flippers( on sellers). The bloke gutted a lot of the dwelling, building more bedrooms and en-suites; the reason to sell to Chinese and their extended families.
The home has been open for inspection: selling price 2.4 Mil +, 80% of the inspectors are Chinese, they pull up in luxury cars. What chance have our kids got? They are not worried about interest rate rises : they are given bags of cash by the Chinese Government. Our kids have no chance, this is a takeover!
