best do a bit more research into the rail if you think it is conjusted. lol. just massive stretches with no passing bays. room for a lot more than 3mtpa.
regarding listings, haven't got any examples for you and can't be bothered looking for them, it is just how i understand it to be. not going to argue. they may raise on listing but don't have to. all shares will be equal and transferable across exchanges. happy to be correct if wrong.
