EXR Trading 2023, page-302

The company has been extremely poor in communication post the CR. Lots of investors have lost confidence which resulted in the ongoing decline in SP. Positive developments, if eventually communicated, don't even seem to be able to stop the decline. I'm in it for the long term. as eventually gas will be produced. I don't think we have reached the bottom yet. Why flow rates haven't been communicated yet is a mystery to me. Only positive flow rates can stop the decline in my opinion but I think we'll go down to 12 cents. If nothing is communicated this month we could go down to 10 cents. Just my 10 cents (no pun intended)
