I doubt the Na :K ration is that relevant , KTMS (Kainite Mixed Salts) by definition is a mix of the following salts leonitic molecular compounds with water bonded (K and Mg sulphate salts) shoenitic salt (Mg and K2 salts) and carnalitic (K Mg Cl3 salts ) in theory at least there should be no Sodium (Na) as that would have preciptiated in the first stage of ponding .
