- * Canaccord Genuity hikes capex outlook for Waitsia Stage 2 to A$880 mln ($620.75 mln) from A$770mn, expects delay in first production to 1H CY24
- * Citi expects FY23 production at 19.8 million barrels of oil equivalent (mmboe); Canaccord Genuity sees it at 22.1 mmboe compared with BPT's estimates of between 20.0-22.5 mmboe
- * Both Citi and Canaccord Genuity lower their FY23 NPAT forecast by 26% and 53.7% to A$495 mln and A$509.7 mln, respectively
- * Citi is sceptical if BPT's offshore prospects are commercial at A$12 per gigajoule price cap
