A good interview and the main takeaway for SYA is he expects production to begin in march and first shipments for PLL beginning somewhere between June and Aug ...presumably any production leading up to that is avaliable for SYA to sell, its would be in ramp up mode so some will be below speck but will still be worth a lot but of no use to PLL...
Anyone who still thinks a renegotiation on price is on they cards needs to listen, PLL need cash and won't be handing any back , they would be mad doing so...its up to SYA to get maximum production as soon as possible and push towards conversion within the agreed time frames...
