This is what all the stupid companies did over covid when they couldnt pay employees, they just let them go, while government tried to keep them employed by paying out free money. the companies that didnt retain their staff are dead in the water now with the covid rebound, crying for more workers. those that wore the cost and kept their employees, now dominating with monopolies.
