One more thing after re-reading my post; when I said the following....

"It is fairly obvious to me that there will be no additional V coming out of SA (a top 4 V producer) any time soon, if ever."

That could be misinterpreted. What I meant was current levels of V production will be difficult to maintain. I didn't mean to suggest that no more V would be produced. Probably should have said 'any more additional incremental V', that company's will struggle to maintain current production let alone increase production.

Maybe you got the wrong end of the stick....my mistake
