Now that you clarified it, it makes more sense to me.
Another (South African) vanadium stock that I hold (VR8) coincidentally sold almost 17m units today (daily average is around 700k) so there still seems to be faith in the South African vanadium sector to increase output. Or maybe those investors just haven't read the CNN article yet, haha.
I do believe that once/if vanadium takes off, any stock even remotely related to the metal will do rather well.
