It's more the current political climate with everything in Russia going on. If there was word some dodgy scheme like this was going on all hell would break loose. I.E Russia could send oil to cuba to send oil to Venzuela to send oil to US etc so I dont' think it will happen. Best they can hope for is probably selling it to somewhere like China for the Urals price which if if they can keep their costs down to 15-20USD a barrel should still be okay. I'll be long gone before then to actually see what eventuate's and looking for the Roche's Pump target price to bail
