it is true that the market dictates the price, not an individual.

However, the market doesn't dictate value - and that is compelling.

a debt free, hedgefree well managed young producer with a lot of top real-estate with a p/e of around 6

hmmmmmmm - I don't give a toss what the market wants to make the price.

All that tells me is that either noone is interested in a low priced share or like many other smaller quality companies that are overlooked whilst bigger flakier ones are popular with brokers (who can't pick a share for quids) and (analysts who couldn't find a pub with free beer) or institutions (who make about the smallest profit from any business I have seen) - mostly these people are pretty thick.

These are the sorts who tell you security is in 'large cap stocks'-------- arrh, yep - you mean like bhp - the same bhp that went from $40 to $20 or perhaps tls!! (enough said).

Thanks folks - I will take fml - little company, BIG future - at a +++ bargain price.

Can you see fml at 15c this year ---------- yep, possible - in fact if it moved to a p/e of 20 - what are we looking at - hmmmmm.

Can you see bhp tripling it's price this year - arrh, probably not.
Can you see bhp as a takeover target - hmmm, maybe, but probably not --------- how about fml ------- quite possible,, but I hope not.

The bhp's of the world will make you a nice amount of money -- the fml's of the world will be rerated and probably make you a fortune if they are left alone to do the business that they have started.
It is an awful shame that if you want to ring bhp and ask how the business is going and can you visit - you don't get much action whereas if you ask fml, they fall over backwards to accommodate you - damm shame more analysts don't get out. What do they actually do??
