    Couldn't really care.

    You don't take the MIN offer, MIN proceeds but at slower rate than we want. NWE has to do a cap raise.

    You sell to someone else, great, hopefully they'll have more cash and want to get things moving, more aligned to MIN's desired rate of development.

    NWE is an explorer, you simply don't have the capital on hand to move into production.
