And food is up 10% yoy etc, but it won't be the same magnitude of people rolling off 2% something into 5% or 6% sonething. Mortgage holders are going to have to find big after tax cash to service the debt. The other point which was made the short duration of the loans which means the loan book will adjust fairly quickly to reduced levels of affordability.
