Mortgage belt share trading millionaire wannabes would love to take advantage of news like this but as share portfolio's were built on what was once disposable income - their priorities have changed. Possibly locked in significant loss of capital positions and living with a prolong long low sp and its obstinate refusal to move might mean great news once again underwhelms.
Don't ask me how I know this but I am pretty sure I am not alone. If I had the liquidity I once had I know where it would go.
