We are currently capitalised at around $70 mill. I am observing a major push down on the price by CHI-x. This is despite the fact we are well on the way to creating the next Vanadium mine in Australia.. We are seeing a few normal hiccups due to slowness in Govt approvals...Yet the company has completed some major steps and soon to release some major partners in takeouts and equipement.
One thought comes to mind.... TMT IS A SITTING DUCK FOR A TAKEOVER......any steel or battery company would IMHO bounce as this level. Q. Do you think a bid at $100m approx premium 50% on current Mkt price would succeed.....the tightness of the share register migt be against this...BUT a SMART CEO of a purchaser would not be concerned. I just wonder if our major sharholder RCL is considering a move.....unless they are considered a insider.
Wonders never cease but the current Chi-X holder is selling down....hope he is shorting cause one way or another they will be caught out. best wishes team
