I was intrigued with this comparison, so I did some digging.

I first took the Sample ID WAX01152, this was the highest grade interval from the RC Drilling as per December 13 announcement (TREO grade was 1.05%).

Note: I took 1 sample of 1m interval as my basis for comparison. Obviously I'd much rather use all the data as opposed to 1m worth, but extracting, and averaging all the drill results would be quite time consuming given they arent in a nice tabular format to copy paste and average out. I am sure if you took other intervals you would get very similar distributions to this one sample that I took. I did do some sense checking against other samples and theyre very similar Feel free to verify my numbers.

I compared the TREO distribution to a number of defined deposits worldwide.

The one that stood out was Montviel held by Geomega. The TREO distribution here is very similar. Arunta is easily the most similar to Montviel as opposed to any other resource. La, Ce, Pr, Dy, Tb are all very similar.

A lot of rare earth deposits are purely that, rare earth, interestingly Montviel is also a REE + Nb resource. 82.4 Mt @ 1.5% TREO & 0.17% Nb2O5 Indicated. Additionally,the TREO grades so far are a lot closer to Montviel than they are to Bayan Obo.
