Don't quote me but this is a strong setup. I'm still half expecting a retrace being so near ATH but with no concrete impetus to go beyond at this point. I've sold a few in case, but it's dead on 50-50 imo and if I don't get them back I'm more than happy with my first real selldown at 10+ bags. I feel like I've joined the Mile High Club or Mensa or the Illuminati.

The sky is the limit but in the real world I need about $450k to pay off the mortgage and the sooner I do that the better, so well done to whoever has bought off me in the last couple of weeks and definitely no regrets. $180k in the bank, another $270k to go and the rest of my shares will see how high the sky real
