Two things that interested me with this QGL announcement.
1. Looks like around 5m of shares that had been committed have now been withdrawn making the takeover more unlikely by the day.
2. Present notice 24,295,552 shares / 1.77% = 1.37B shares so they are recognising both LML and LMLND shares as equal.
