TXmd royalties are enormous again I have not
kept details but know $45m for total is way short
of total expenses. Also this is a very expensive
product. Obviously it it unique and fantastic but
has limitations on market share mainly due to cost.
Sometimes is better to reduce prices making it
more widely available ( affordable ). This rather
than pay sales representatives.
