cxm is a small phosphate project that Incitec pivot hasn’t wanted to develop in 30 years. The dso operations falls into the higher quartile of world producers and there is no benefited project to protect margin.
management plan is to build out to produce 3m tonne per annum which will use up most of the short term cash. In my opinion at this juncture it will most likely be uneconomic so will get placed on care and maintenance.
