RNU chart, page-2949

Heya mate, sorry if I mentioned CRR, my comment is about the market (with a focus on RNU). In part I put my DT hat on and try to understand the day to day machinations of the markets. So here's my DT perspective and not suggesting anyone take it as advice, happy for a conversation though.

While the XJO does not contain many shares, sentiment across the market is somewhat reflected by it. Smaller non-producing caps I think are even more effected by the overall market eventually.

The Energy bucket - XEJ, fell below its LT trend today - there's a 3% buffer until the next lower support.


XMJ (mining for those that don't know) is showing very similar signs to XJO with LT supports well below (-9%) where it currently is.

XVI looks like it could rise soon.

All of the above appears (to me) to point to a big correction coming to the market. Now while I am not (and did not) say this WILL happen, I am suggesting we be careful what we wish for as a pullback on XJO could reflect wider market sentiment and become the sum of all thoughts most reputable market commentators are discussing right now.

I was caught in the April 22' bull trap and learnt enough to consider every possibility I can imagine and wipe out any that don't seem realistic to me. I am preparing for the possibility that markets could correct soon, not telling anyone else to do that, just to consider it may eventuate. I won't go down the BB track and don't think it's all doom and won't be spruiking my ideas as gospel, but I think a correction is plausible.

And I will be happy to be wrong about this but only time will tell. I've closed out small positions in stocks like BHP (et al) but still holding RNU (overweight) and other Lithium plays (reducing slightly).

This is me protecting my capital and making sure I am ready for whatever comes. All good if I miss out on profits short term. I probably shouldn't have said anything but was triggered by the XJO comment previous post.

RNU up 8% today! The bump around 250 predictions aged well though hey.
