VERY good post. Especially the bit about the second coming ..LOL!! I for one am restless for SOMETHING to happen. I know that in the sharemarket as in life its all about "timing" .. but please Mr Casey ... "show us the money!!!".

At the AGM in late November I put it to DC that because of the long delay (no news) in telling us about the pump rod problems and also the delays at the BW West pilot(all was forgiven when the fabulous flows were subsequently announced in December) I was finding it hard to accept that "no news is good news". We were assured that no news = no news or at least not bad news, and he also later said "give us a bit of leeway .. we don't want to release ALL our data and give a sucker a break" and "I can assure you that we are being looked at". So one has to assume that no news for the last 3-4 months on the pilots = a deliberate strategy that is most likley related to MOU's or corporate interest. When deals are done we WILL hear about them .. so like you I suspect that to date one or two of the ducks are yet to be lined up.

Lindo says that "we" (I assume he means the royal we = ESG) don't want to commit "our" gas (via an MOU?) to anyone who won't sign a GSA (ecause of the delays in the NSW electricity privatisation) .. so that's one duck that is remaining unruly.

Tui says that at the recent presentation "At least 3 times he [DC] said that ESG was worth 3 times it's current market cap and reading between the lines he has Newcastle LNG in his sights." That's great to hear but DC has been saying stuff like this for a loooooong time now. He needs to follow through IMHO!!! So that DC/IK who may see this or hear of the unrest on HC don't think that we don't "love em" ....as always I/we remain confident that ESG management have a plan and WILL deliver ... its just that we need "timely" reassurances that things ARE happening.
