Yes Vularum, I hold shares - and I Iike everyone, am looking for a return. I will support any competant / passionate person that I belive can do that.
Jamwolf , the questions I ask are those all investors including those from the US will want answered that the CEO and Board consistantly avoid. They are not hard questions. What did they think folks would want to know ? The questions fill a void of their own making and highlights a niave lack of understanding of investors needs. They dont need any sophistocated analysis or fancy words. We need the facts. The company has them (if they dont then we are really in big trouble), they are critical to understand its progress, successes, challenges, what they have learnt and how best they will respond. Without these facts as a dashboard of progress, how do you measure success and respond to customer needs. Without key metrics, the company is going nowhere.

If the company has that data and truely wants the SP to move, get liquiditiy and attract US investment then they need to share it in a well crafted communication as part of a clear vision and strategy.

If they have it and its good news, why not share it. We have been asking for over a year. they trail hints " first rpm revenue" " first patients on boarded" etc.etc. then give no detail, why ?

If they have the data and its bad news, tell us the challenges, what the company intends to do to solve them and the investments they will make to pivot to success. I / we will support them.

Stone walling in silence and giving the same blah blah blah with no tangible data will get the company and SP nowhere .

Step up to the reality and do something. Show leadership, make the hard decisons and communicate. Dont let the company bleed to death.

If the company leaders are not the right people, and or the key individuals know that they do not have the passion for the company, or at this stage of the company life cycle they do not have the right skills for the job then, as an individual or the Board, you need to make decisions.

I/we will all thank you for getting the company to where it is, raising the extra capital and acknowledging ADR needs something different.

    Thats what great leaders do.
