I start to think that part of the problem could also be the adoption on the healthcare provider side.
The process requires software platform updates for ERP and healthcare data system with associated costs.
There is no chart in all the presentations showing who collects money and who has to pay the other party. Healthcare provider, patient, Adherium, insurances.
I think a hospital, medical practice etc might require patients in numbers above a critical mass to get value out of the adoption of all this.

Asking questions to Adherium is one part but I would also like to have an opinion from a healthcare provider considering taking this business model on.
