Restrictions on SMSFs are sometimes self defeating IMO.

I mean AFTER MSB is an established blue chip, THEN you can have a much larger % of your shares in it...?

But no advantage for picking this early?

I'm thinking that in relation to tax risk I am wearing that by having a % not in an SMSF. just an ordinary account.

The biggest risk is capital gains tax event if the company is sold and we get paid out. I don't rate that highly.

But it all depends on your individual circumstances.
