Lol, regardless of whether it is chi-x or asx, the orders are all lumped together. There is no 'lucky' seller here whose order would get filled at 1.3 cents when there are sellers at 0.3 cents. that would be unlawful. LoL, get some sense in your boney head. Chi-x might show today's high as 1.3 only because they show daily highs as per the order book, not the actual order.
