Bryan may not have a choice in wether he will be staying or not.
This company took a turn for the worst when Glenn V left. And Bryan had a heavy hand in that.
There is no hiding for Bryan and his team. Actions speak louder than words and for the past 6 months it has been non stop words and extremely poor actions.
Did you ask Bryan why he has begun his new role today as a non exec at a different company? If this is as Complex as he is making it out or be I would imagine full concentration would be needed.
Would you consider posting a point by point response of Bryans answers to each question you asked?
And lastly, as a Director why on earth would you not be fazed by shareholder disapproval? They are the reason he is getting paid to play dumb.
There is blood in the water, I don't believe Bryan will survive the Next AGM if this Cue is unsuccessful.
