Positive news for sure, otherwise no need to make a "trading halt".
"Trading update" should refer to the new substantial shareholder, which imo could indicate a potential takeover bid, so it's sensitive.
Anyway, all talks about the new buyer, I cannot see any negative point.
Hopefully the SP will be above 90c after the announcement.
