I have to disagree
The raise was done at $2.00 to every shareholder.
The guys in Canada that accepted their flow through shares at $3.92 CAD are given a tax break which covers the extra money they paid.
Those shares held by the Canadians are then on-sold at $2.00 to other investors.
So effectively every CURRENT holder of shares in this offer have paid $2.00 a share.
An excellent deal for them but not so much for holders before the raise as they've been given a 16.5% discount.
I'm not worried as I'm an investor but I wouldn't be surprised to see an opportunity to top up on market at the raise price.
