I reckon the glass is about to overflow! It's always a question to stay or go & is a very individual decision. Lots of things come into it, cost of capital, risk tolerance, other opportunities, & the list goes on. Personally I'm very happy where I am & don't plan to jump ship, but I can understand why some would. The only thing I'd say is if you're gunna go, go don't hang around complaining (this isn't aimed at you Ace, it's a general observation).

The quarterly will be out sometime in the next week, whether or not it pleases all parties I doubt it. I think I have a handle on where we are & why & how we got here, so I'm staying.
