i still think it will get done....
when you deal with giants like these there is an incredible amount of attention to detail.
and scott being 20+ years ex bhp you can guarantee he will be making sure all the t's and crossed and i's done with a .
if glencore do drag it out then im going to be very interested in knowing what the "break" clause entails. surely if reasonable time is given btr could go elsewhere?
i dont think the chinese would have dragged it out....they just grab the bull by the horns and run with it.
