I actually didn't even realize we were down to only TWO independent directors plus Mark Diamond (who is of course on his way out) on our board. There is practically no one minding the shop. I almost have to believe such a small board (plus CEO departure) is in preparation for a major commercial transaction of some sort (partnership, cornerstone investor, whatever) and that this possible major party wanted a "clean slate" to install their people. It seems almost absurd otherwise, unless we are closing up shop lol. IMHO.
