Lindo, don't forget, the audience of the announcements is meant to be the shareholders. The investor in the company, the owners of the company, the people that ultimately pay the bills. Without the shareholder, the money tree grows no more money.
Your simple disclaimer of flow rates is all that is needed in an announcement on flow rates to ensure punters are aware before they get alarmed or exuberant.
