Change of BOD is a little late in the day. As I've said pre offer, NWE would not be around in 12 months.
Focus on the next couple of months. Unless there is an avalanche of late uptake of this offer, either MIN or another party will up the offer, cash not shares.
I'm not expecting to still be holding NWE by end of May'23.
