My apologies if this is a naive query or if it has been raised on another thread :
What are the implications for us SH if MIN achieve a 51% ownership of shares.
I would imagine the 90 % target is way out of reach for them already but I am concerned that even a 51% could spell danger.
Are there any other thresholds that we need to be wary of?
