you say PLL want something in return once spod is directed to the chemical plant, yet there is nothing in the contract that stipulates that.

I'm not saying this is or isn't correct but there isn't anything but your hope that the JV will compensate the offtake once chemical plant is agreed. There may well be another deal, but your what makes you think there's no possibility that by 2027 (or earlier) that it's all wrapped up. Aside from the excess spod that the chemical plant doesn't need..
