    How bizarre
We just realised that we are having the exact same conversations in our household this morning that we were having two years ago. Reading all the same opposition to the permit approval from the same people talk about ground hog day. The only things missing are Wicks, Falinski and Sharma posting on FB.
What a great position to be in though to even be able to be having the same conversations after what Scomo did. We are back on the table and in my opinion should get approval based on the following reasons:

    1. King has stated she will follow legislation which is what her constituents expect of her and which is what the Libs did not do
    2. The energy landscape has significantly changed since Scomo made his call
3.If King rejects the permit is will be tantamount to endorsing Scomo's decision and on top of this she would have to find another valid reason for denying the permit outside of the ones Scomo used
And what I think in my opinion is the most telling
    4. BPH was in line for a monster settlement out of this court case, they would not have agreed to withdraw without some assurance of procedural fairness. Back room conversations must have taken place prior to parties agreeing to withdraw the case and with BPH holding the upper hand surely they have secured something in return for their goodwill showing to agree to withdraw the case.

Again all IMO but I reckon this is approved between now and June
