What I'm trying to get at is if the bid is unsuccessful (which currently seems likely) and the NWE directors have accepted the share offer, will this mean MIN control the NWE board? If this is so, then MIN don't need a full takeover, they'd have complete control of the company, unless there's a shareholder revolt, The current board is sacked and new directors nominated for election.
