    Yak

    Denying reality AGAIN I see

For arguement sake we will say these infant mortality rates are correct of 108/1000 pre war and 29/1000 now

It is not the war that has improved these rates YOU MORON but the removal of sanctions.

It was the UN sanctions that the US on a number of occassions from the time the were imposed stated that they would not be removed from Iraq while Saddam was in power regardless of the reason.

Sanctions that greatly restricted Iraq's access to things like medications, hospital equipment, water purification. The lack of access to these items was a large contributing factor to the high infant mortality rate

Yes it is a good thing the infant mortality rates has greatly improved but stick to the facts as to why it has improved and why it was so bad in the first place
