Announcement is coming - interested newcomers step into FML. Say about 50% will place an SL with their entry at - lets say - 15% below entry point. They do not know anything about FML except that the announcement sounds good. The did not have the time to investigate further.
Now you - and your "friends" step in - trading up and down at the same day for your own profit.
I think it is possible to say that 30-50% of the newcomers will be kicked out then.
No - you can not say you are a kind of Robin Hood with the Motto "Take it from the uninformed gamblers and give it to the informed traders"
You are just making profits - regardless of the fact that you are willing to hold a bunch of shares back to get even more profit on the long term.
The other side of the coin is, that this strategy keeps the SP down.
What do you think the SP would be if the above mentioned newcomers did had the chance to see the SP rise / think and investigate / and say to themselfes "Hey FML is more than a chance - its a good long term inverstment / i'll stay"...
i.m.O. FML could at least be above 10 Cent if there would be more investors saying "ok / i'll buy more if SP is low - but i will not daytrade it down!"
You are the guys that keep the SP down ! +1 for an 50% short term trading tax !
