I thought Scott made the plan pretty clear in the JRI interview: sit down with the 2 new highly experienced board members to decide best strategy for the company going forward , and then announce that to the market.
Seems like most posters are lacking the most important investing skill - patience.
I for one have full faith in Scott based on execution of plans to date, and am happy with the low, undervalued stock price right now - more time to accumulate.
