Squid this would never get off the ground. John Wylie/Tannarra Capital had a large shareholding so he was always trying to get the SP up.

This is simply a case of a very split board and the biggest shareholder AA got his way. The other directors up and left.

The Latitude deal fell over because AA did not like it and ran a strong campaign to get it stopped. It was a complicated and lengthy deal and the BNPL landscape was changing in front of our eyes. The BNPL model unravelled around the world as it is not sustainable. Have a look at ZIP and Sezzle etc they have all tanked and now are in a fight to even exist. Inflation and higher interest rates and the dire impact on BNPL business models proved that BNPL is a flawed business model.

I do not believe any law firm contemplating a class action would get funding and without funding no lawyer would be interested.

Just put your efforts into understanding what HUMM is doing now. You might get a pleasant surprise on the cash NPAT at the half year results.
