Because at these prices most of us see the reality.That is the NBN will fail, OR, they will do a deal with TLS that immediately benefits TLS shareholders and benefits TLS well into the future. The cost will be born by taxpayers.
TLS have the best technology that all the other telcos want to hang off/connect to like leaches, at cheap prices.
Also TLS is paying a good almost risk free dividend.
Most analysts have TLS valued at $4 plus or minus.
